The Whittington HOA is committed to maintaining our community with the highest standards ensuring a well-maintained, beautiful environment that promotes a sense of community. The Board of Directors, in conjunction with our management company, Homeowner Management Services, focuses on preservation and enhancement of our property values, responsible use of our Association funds in a manner that benefits all owners, compliance with the responsibilities set forth by the Georgia Non-Profit Corporate Code, and amicable enforcement of the governing documents and the rules and regulations.

As such, any actions or inactions have a direct impact on our neighbors. Our primary responsibility, both collectively and individually, is to protect, preserve, and improve the value of our greatest investment: our home.
