Tips for new owners:

1. Once HMS has the records from your Closing, you can register for your HMS Community Website. Your HMS Community Website allows to you make online payments, review your status with the Association, and access any private Association records that are not published on this website. Typically, HMS receives the records from your Closing within 2 weeks.

2. Review your all of your Governing Documents: including the Declaration of Covenants, Bylaws, and Architectural Guidelines. These will help you understand your roles and the Association’s role.
