The Association has a Termite Bond for the community and handles exterior pest control through HomeTec Exterminating.
If you notice any termites inside your unit, then contact HomeTec Exterminating
HomeTec Exterminating is currently servicing Whittington Townhome HOA. There is a Termite Warranty on the property using the Always Active Sentricon Bait System. If a homeowner sees termite swarms or mud tubes on the structure, then they need to give us a call so we can come out to inspect.

With the exception of termites, interior pest and rodent control is the responsibility of the homeowner.
