Termites & Exterior Pest Control

The Association has a Termite Bond for the community and handles exterior pest control through Team Pest USA. If you notice any termites inside your unit, then contact Team Pest USA for an appointment at 770-985-4444.

Interior Pest Control

With the exception of termites, interior pest and rodent control is the responsibility of the homeowner.
