The work will be done as follows:

  • January & February 2024 – Remove dead shrubbery throughout the community.

During the 2024 project, residents of homes on Annazanes, Prestwyck and Bendleton will be inconvenienced with parking area closures during removal days and again during planting days. During this time, residents may use Visitor parking places.

As the schedule is refined, notification will be made by the Board of Directors and HMS as follows:

  • E-Mail from HMS

  • Posting at Bulletin Boards located at Three Mail Kiosks

  • Notification at Each Affected Home One Week prior to scheduled work.

  • Notification at Each Affected Home One Day before scheduled work.

Landlords are urged to communicate with renters during this project.

Vehicles left in parking spaces that interfere with scheduled work will be towed onsite. The towing costs will be charged to the homeowner.

Please take notice – any homeowner in the targeted areas who wants the existing landscape or mulch to remain must make a request to HMS by January 10th, 2024. A meeting with the homeowner, landscaper and board of directors will be scheduled.

The 2025 scope includes the remainder of the community. A detailed schedule will be sent out later in 2024.
